The Artist’s Dilemma:
How to Be a Professional Artist without Losing Your Soul

The workshop in two versions:
Saturday, March 9, in-person at AWD. Seating limited
Wednesday, March 13, 6pm the same workshop offered over Zoom

Books and blogs and online offers make it sound so easy, but many artists struggle to combine  an authentic creative life with a successful career.

Artist Coach Mary I. Edwards calls this “the Artist’s Dilemma.”  In this new workshop she explains why artists have so much difficulty with the business side of art, and shows them what to do about it.

This in-depth yet practical workshop will start with a self-assessment to help you identify your own strengths and needs.  You will learn how your artist brain works, and find  ways to use your “right brain” creative strengths to master “left brain” career skills.  Mary will translate basic business ideas into artist-friendly language and tools.
