The award-winning photographer and jeweler I am today grew out of my multi-layered history in art and design -- fiber artist, weaver, quilter, time at architecture and interior design.
My knit wire jewelry of a decade ago began at my mother's knee which, after a lifetime of using and misusing my hands, lead to a more gentle designing with beads and the joy of creating the jewelry I do today.
My photography began with a Kodak Baby Brownie when my grandmother took me to Europe and North Africa in the 1950s, leading to travel photography, photojournalism and the connections with community that my camera provides today.
You'll find me -- my todays and my yesterdays –– in my studio down the hall behind the AWD gallery.
